Mastopexy is a surgical procedure to raise and improve the shape of breasts falls. Over the years, after circumstances such as pregnancy, nursing and gravity make the breast tends to fall; moreover, as the skin loses its elasticity breast loses its shape and falls.

A similar breast reduction surgery, is performed in cases where the breast without being excessively large volume, has suffered a major decline. In these cases the resection of tissues is minimal as prey, sometimes with the help of a prosthesis- to give volume and adequate breast screening, once this has been remodeled in its ideal position. Scars are generally similar to those of breast reduction, but smaller.
